Rubio Impact Ventures (de nieuwe naam van Social Impact Ventures NL) heeft met het Social Impact Ventures NL Fund de allereerste Financial Investigator Impact Investing Award gewonnen. Oprichters Machtelt Groothuis en Willemijn Verloop namen hem in ontvangst. De prijs werd dinsdag 6 oktober door juryvoorzitter Wouter Koelewijn uitgereikt tijdens Financial Investigators Live Broadcast over ESG, Impact Investing & Implementation of the SDGs in congrescentrum Spant in Bussum.

Onderstaande tien beleggingsfondsen waren genomineerd voor de Financial Investigator Impact Award:

ResponsAbility Global Climate Partnership Fund (Private Debt
Bridges Sustainable Growth Fund IV (Private Equity)
Social Impact Ventures NL Fund I (Private Equity)
AXA Impact Fund II (Fund of Funds)
Cadmos Peace Fund (Public Equity)
Bridges Property Alternatives Fund IV (Real Estate)
Wellington Global Impact Fund (Public Equity)
Amundi Planet Emerging Green One (Public Debt)
Jonathan Rose Affordable Housing Preservation V (Real Estate)

De volgende drie criteria en subcriteria vormden de basis voor de rangschikking van de tien fondsen:
1. Het fonds heeft een impactdoelstelling en een strategie om deze impact te bereiken (Ex ante intentionaliteit + impactstrategie gedefinieerd)

2. Het fonds beheert en rapporteert de impactperformances

3. Het fonds draagt actief bij aan de Impact Investing-industrie

Elk criterium woog evenveel in het uiteindelijke oordeel.
