He has grown Nuveen Clean Energy Infrastructure into one of Europe’s leading clean energy investment platforms, backed by a broad base of blue-chip investors across infrastructure equity and debt products. In 2024, Bergsma was honoured with the Inspiratia Energy Transition 2024 Lifetime Achievement Award for his impact and contributions to the clean energy sector. -

Lefteris Strakosias is an Investment Director in Gresham House’s Energy Transition team and Co-Fund Manager for the Gresham House Energy Storage II strategy. He has over 16 years of experience in energy transition and infrastructure investing, having held investment roles with Macquarie, Société Générale, National Pension Service of Korea (NPS), and Maple Power, alongside advisory and corporate development roles with Columbia Threadneedle Investments and Libra Group. Lefteris has held roles across investment, asset management, and business development, with cross-sector and international exposure spanning battery storage, solar PV, onshore and offshore wind, hydroelectric power, anaerobic digestion, and broader infrastructure sectors including transport, utilities, and telecoms. -

Luc Joosten is Managing Director of a.s.r. real assets investment partners, which is investing in global real assets such as real estate, infrastructure and natural capital. Before joining a.s.r. real assets investment partners mid 2022, he was Fund Director of ASR Dutch Science Park Fund and helped setting up the fund platform of a.s.r. real estate as Head of Fund Management since 2012. Prior to that he held several consultancy positions in the real estate sector since 2006. Joosten holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate & Housing from the Technical University of Delft, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Erasmus University and a post-doctoral executive Master’s degree in Finance & Control from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. -

Matthew Engels is Senior Portfolio Manager bij a.s.r. real assets investment partners en verantwoordelijk voor de beleggingen in Azië‑Pacific. Hij richt zich op het analyseren van regionale marktontwikkelingen en het vertalen daarvan naar portefeuillestrategieën. Daarnaast is hij betrokken bij het opstellen van de Real Assets House View. Hij heeft ruim vijftien jaar ervaring in institutioneel vermogensbeheer en behaalde een MSc Real Estate aan Kingston University. -

Hij werkt onder andere als Interim Manager Real Assets bij Blue Sky Group. Bol studeerde Bouwkunde aan de Haagse Hogeschool en Bedrijfskunde aan de Erasmus Universiteit. -
Olle Overbosch
Portfolio Manager Real Estate Funds, Achmea Investment Management
Olle Overbosch has been working for AIM since 2025, after the acquisition of Blue Sky Group by Achmea, and as portfolio manager focuses on the selection and monitoring of non-listed international real estate funds. He has 13 years of experience in the real estate sector and began his career at Grontmij Capital Consultants, where he advised on direct and indirect investments for the Dutch and US portfolios. Overbosch then worked for seven years at a.s.r. real estate as Fund Manager of the residential fund and the science park fund. Subsequently, Overbosch worked as a Portfolio Manager real estate and infrastructure at Blue Sky Group. Overbosch holds an MSc degree from TU Delft, where he studied Real Estate Management. -

Van Apeldoorn has over 15 years of structured finance experience in project finance, leveraged finance, structured loan syndication and asset-based finance. He has asset management experience as buy-side equity analyst for the automotive and industrial sectors. -

Ronald Huisman is Professor Sustainable Energy Finance aan de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam en de Universiteit Utrecht. Huisman werkt onder meer aan onderwerpen op het gebied van sustainable finance and investing toegepast op energiemarkten. Huisman is academic director van het Erasmus Center for Energy Transition. -

Sonja de Ruiter is Head of Fund Management (since 2024) and Fund Manager of Triodos Energy Transition Europe Fund (since 2023). She joined Triodos Investment Management in 2019 and became Head of Equity Investments Energy & Climate in 2020. Before joining Triodos IM, de Ruiter worked at ING in the energy sector, specialising in corporate and project finance. She holds a Master’s degree in International Economics from the University of Groningen. -

Stan Bertram is Director Sustainability Privaat Vastgoed bij PGGM, waar hij sinds 2019 werkzaam is. In deze functie is hij verantwoordelijk voor de wereldwijde duurzaamheidsinspanningen van het PGGM Privaat Vastgoed Fonds. Daarvoor maakte hij deel uit van het Strategy & Research team. Daarnaast is hij lid van de ULI Sustainability Product Council, INREV Sustainability Council en de GRESB Real Estate Standards Committee (RESC). Bertram heeft een master in Sustainable Finance behaald aan de Universiteit Maastricht. -
Stefan Sielias
Portfolio manager real estate funds, Achmea Investment Management
Stefan Sielias has been working for Achmea Investment Management since 2025, after the acquisition of Blue Sky Group by Achmea, and as portfolio manager focuses on the selection and monitoring of non-listed international real estate funds. He has 17 years of experience in the real estate sector and began his career at Van Lanschot Kempen, where he worked as portfolio manager listed real estate for both European as Global mandates. After six years in this role, he worked over eight years at CBRE as Director in the Capital Advisory team, advising both investors as managers within the indirect real estate market. Subsequently, Sielias worked as a Portfolio Manager Real Assets covering both real estate and infrastructure at Blue Sky Group. Sielias holds an MSc degree from the University of Groningen, where he studied Business Administration.
