    International ESG Lead, M&G Real Estate

    Alan Page is the International ESG Lead in M&G Real Estate and has been with the business since 2018. He focuses on setting ESG strategy for M&G’s European and Asia-Pacific real estate funds. He specialises in ESG monitoring and disclosure. He is co-chair of the UK Better Buildings Partnership’s Net Zero Working group which includes some of the largest UK property owners and is focused on driving knowledge sharing within the industry. Prior to M&G, Page worked in sustainability consulting for seven years and holds a MSc in Renewable Energy Technology and Sustainability from the University of Reading, UK.

    Andrea Palmer is ESG & Responsible Investment Lead for PGGM’s Global Real Estate Securities portfolio. She oversees integration of ESG into underwriting, portfolio construction and engagement with the real estate sector. Prior to PGGM, Palmer worked at LaSalle IM, GRESB and Triodos IM. She studied marketing research at Aurora University in the US and Real Estate Development and Sustainable Urbanization at IE School of Architecture and Design in Spain. She holds a Series 7 license (US FINRA) and SASB FSA Credential.

    Arjan van Wieren is Head of Infrastructure, Real Estate & Impact Investing and Senior Member of the Fiduciairy Management team at MN. He is leading the listed and unlisted Real Estate Investments, Infrastructure (Generic & Renewable) Investments and Forestry capabilities at MN. He joined MN in 2008. Prior to this, he held a senior position at Kempen Capital Management. In total he has over 25 years of experience in Investment Management. Van Wieren holds a Master's degree in Finance & Investments from the University of Groningen and is a CFA Charterholder.

    Impact Investment Executive Director, Climate Infrastructure, Tikehau Capital

    Clara Mouysset joined Tikehau in 2021 and is an Impact Investment Executive Director, focused on climate infrastructure. Prior to joining the firm, she worked ten years for project developers and asset manager within the energy and infrastructure space. She started her career at TotalEnergies working across finance, capital markets and solar project financing. She then worked for Velocita Energies where she managed the financing and divestment of windfarms, and more recently for Eiffel Investment Group where she managed an equity bridge fund dedicated to the energy transition. Mouysset holds a Masters Degree in Management from ESCP Europe majoring in Finance.

    Post-Doctoral Researcher, School of Business and Economics, Maastricht University

    Dr. Dongxiao Niu is a post-doctoral researcher at the Department of Finance at Maastricht University. She holds a PhD from Tsinghua University and currently serves as a Visiting Scholar at MIT Center for Real Estate. With a strong focus on the intersection of climate change and the real estate market, her research examines the impact of climate change on property values, households, and local economies. She is a Member of the RED&BLUE (Real Estate Development & Building in Low Urban Environment) consortium under the Dutch Research Agenda (NWO).

    Lilian ter Doest is sinds 2022 Senior Consultant Real Estate & Infrastructure bij ASR Real Assets Investment Partners. Hiervoor was ze actief als Senior Consultant voor Sweco en voor haar eigen bedrijf LTD Management en Advies. Eerdere werkgevers waren Annexum en MeesPierson Private Banking.

    Luc Joosten is Managing Director of a.s.r. real assets investment partners. Before joining a.s.r. real assets investment partners mid 2022, he was Fund Director of ASR Dutch Science Park Fund and helped setting up the fund platform of a.s.r. real estate as Head of Fund Management since 2012. Prior to that he held several consultancy positions in the real estate sector since 2006. Joosten holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate & Housing from the Technical University of Delft, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Erasmus University and a post-doctoral executive Master’s degree in Finance & Control from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

    Peter Hobbs is Managing Director of Private Markets and a Member of the Senior Management Team at bfinance. His division covers Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Equity and Private Debt. He joined bfinance from MSCI where he was Managing Director for Real Estate Research and Key Global Accounts, responsible for portfolio analysis, benchmarking and risk services. Prior to this, he held roles with IPD, RREEF (the alternatives asset management division of Deutsche Bank) and Property & Portfolio Research. In 2015 he was shortlisted for Outstanding Industry Contribution at the IPE Real Estate Global Awards. Hobbs has a PhD and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

    Robert-Jan Foortse werkt sinds 2002 voor APG. Hij leidt een team van 25 mensen dat verantwoordelijk is voor de Europese vastgoedportefeuille van APG. Middels (advisory) Board posities is Foortse nauw betrokken bij enkele investeringen van APG zoals citizenM, Value Retail en City ID. Daarnaast is hij sinds 2022 lid van de Board van EPRA.
  10. Vincent Nobel

    Vincent Nobel

    Head of Asset-Based Lending, Federated Hermes Limited

    Vincent Nobel joined Federated Hermes Limited in January 2015 as the Head of Real Estate Debt. He is now responsible for all asset-based debt strategies. He is leads the team and the coordination, origination, execution and management of commercial real estate debt investments for the Real Estate Senior Debt strategy and the Multi Asset Credit strategies. Prior to this, he was a senior member of the M&G Real Estate Debt team from 2011, where he helped found and develop the Senior Real Estate Debt Fund. Previously, Nobel worked for three years at Barclays Corporate in their specialist debt team, and before that at Barclays Capital from 2004. Nobel has a MSc in International Business Studies from the University of Maastricht and an MA from Sciences-Po (IEP) in Paris.
