    Barbara Wokurka

    Head of Impact Investing, Finvia Family Office GmbH

    Barbara Wokurka works for the Frankfurt based Multi Family Office FINVIA where she is responsible for impact investing in Private Equity. She started her career in 1994 in corporate finance at Deutsche Bank AG, based out of Frankfurt and London, before joining Porsche AG in 1999, where she established the company’s global asset management structure. In 2007, she moved into asset management, joining Quoniam Asset Management to look after their corporate clients and develop Quoniam’s international reach by setting up and leading the firm’s London branch.

    Ben O’Donnell joined Climate Asset Management (a partnership of HSBC) in 2020 and is CIO of the Natural Capital Strategy, which targets sustainable investments in agriculture, forestry and environmental assets in developed markets. He has more than 20 years’ experience in fund management and investment banking. Previously, O'Donnell worked at Macquarie Infrastructure & Real Assets and led agriculture coverage within Macquarie Capital.

    Candice Boclé is Head of Sustainable Investment Specialists at Carmignac, based in London. She joined the business in October 2020 from Capital Group, where she worked as Corporate Governance Analyst since 2014, latterly as ESG Specialist, responsible for company analysis and engagements. Prior to Capital, she was an SRI Analyst at Generali Investments, in Paris. Boclé holds two MSc in Finance and Marketing from Sciences Po Bordeaux as well as an MBA from London Business School.

    Managing Director Impact Funds Portfolios, Anthos Fund & Asset Management

    Diana Wesselius is a Managing Director Impact Investments at Anthos Fund & Asset Management. She is responsible for originating investments, managing relationships, and helping to execute strategies for the fund portfolios dedicated to impact investing across all asset classes including private, listed and real assets. She has over 25 years of experience in both private equity and (project finance) debt, mostly in the infrastructure and energy sectors, having started her career at ING Group and subsequently holding various positions at FMO, the Dutch development bank. Wesselius holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Nyenrode Business University and concluded an Executive Master in Energy Management at the Norwegian Business School.

    Hamish Chamberlayne, CFA

    Head of Global Sustainable Equities, Portfolio Manager, Janus Henderson Investors

    Hamish Chamberlayne is Head of Global Sustainable Equities and a portfolio manager at Janus Henderson Investors. He was an investment manager with the firm from 2012 and joined Henderson as an investment analyst in 2011 from Gartmore, where he was an equity analyst with the global equity team. Prior to this, from 2004 to 2007, he worked as a senior auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He began his career at Burlington Consultants in 2003. Chamberlayne graduated with a master’s degree in chemistry from New College, Oxford University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a qualified accountant.

Jeucken heeft 25 jaar ervaring in finance en duurzaamheid, onder andere bij Rabobank, Triodos Bank, Wereldbank, Sustainalytics en PGGM.

    Paul Lamacraft covers Schroders Capital Private Equity investment activities in Europe and is Head of Sustainability & Impact. Before joining Schroders in 2020, he worked for 8 years in private equity and public markets investing with an emphasis on direct venture and growth equity transactions. Prior to this he spent over 12 years advising companies in their private equity fundraising and M&A activities, including 5 years at Deutsche Bank. Lamacraft started his career at EY where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He is a qualified ACA and holds a BSc in Economics & Accounting from the University of Bristol, UK.

    Pierre Abadie is Group Climate Director at Tikehau Capital. He has over 20 years of experience in the energy sector and its transition. He previously worked at TotalEnergies, most notably in the Gas and Renewables division, before joining Tikehau Capital and becoming Co-head of Tikehau Capital's Energy Transition Private Equity Fund, which was launched in 2018. Abadie is a board member of four energy transition companies: GreenYellow, Enso, Cool Planet Group and Amarenco. He also sits on the Climate Committee of the board of BPI France and is the chair person of the Green Impact Group of France Invest Impact commission.

    Siegfried Kok has been active as an investor for more than 23 years, first at Kempen where he was a Fund Manager European Equities, and then at ABN AMRO Asset Management where he was jointly responsible for the Transeurope Fund. For the past 10 years he has been active at OBAM as Senior Portfolio Manager of the global equity fund and also jointly responsible for the sustainability policy at OBAM. Kok holds a master's degree in International Financial Economics and earned his MBA degree from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam.

    Vincent van Bijleveld is verantwoordelijk voor het Duurzaam Beleggen Adviesteam van Finance Ideas. Naast het bieden van hulp bij het opzetten, implementeren en monitoren van een science based MVB-beleid is dit team gespecialiseerd in het namens klanten aansporen (engagement) van onder andere vastgoedfondsen om meer werk te maken van verduurzamen en het managen van klimaatrisico’s. Van Bijleveld is Kwantitatief Econoom/Actuaris en heeft eerder gewerkt als Partner/Director bij Willis Towers Watson en bij duurzame asset manager ACTIAM.
