About Seminar 'Sustainable Investing'

Seminar 'Sustainable Investing'

Sustainable investment is now firmly rooted in the portfolios of family offices and foundations. Research shows that almost three quarters of all family offices in Western Europe allocate assets to ESG. Yet this embrace of 'sustainable investing' does not mean that questions, issues or dilemmas no longer exist:

  • How to formulate and implement ESG priorities (climate, biodiversity, societal impact, et cetera.)?
  • As a family office or a foundation, how how far will you take sustainable investing? To what extent should the entire portfolio be ESG-proof?
  • To what extent do you opt for impact investing? Or do you choose to generate impact through other channels (such as charity)?
  • Do you opt for exclusion, ESG integration or engagement?
  • How to verify and validate the quality of ESG data?

On Thursday afternoon, 16 November 2023 from 2 to 5.30 pm, several experts will address these and other topical questions during an educational seminar at Huize Frankendael in Amsterdam, led by chairman Huub Ten Holter, Investment Leader at Mercer Netherlands.

Top speakers will share their views with you, including:

  • Pierre Abadie, Group Climate Director, Tikehau Capital
  • Candice Boclé, Head of Sustainable Investment Specialists, Carmignac
  • Vincent van Bijleveld, Managing Consultant Sustainable Investing, Finance Ideas
  • Marcel Jeucken, Founder and Managing Director, SustFin
  • Siegfried Kok, Senior Portfolio Manager, OBAM Investment Management
  • Diana Wesselius, Managing Director Multi-Asset Impact Investing, Anthos Fund & Asset Management
