Alison Cuthbert is a Strategy Specialist for Baillie Gifford’s listed equity impact strategy, Positive Change. She began her career in New York before returning to Edinburgh in 2010 to work for Investec. She then joined Baillie Gifford in 2013. Cuthbert graduated MA (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Edinburgh in 2005.

Angélique Laskewitz is Executive Director of VBDO, the Dutch Association of Investors for Sustainable Development. She held various roles in Change Management, Human Recources and governance-related management and consulting roles at financial services providers such as RVS, AMEV, Fortis Bank Netherlands, BNP Paribas Fortis and ASR Netherlands. As a sideline she started her own consultancy practice Angélique Laskewitz Management & Consultancy (ALMC).

Daan Spaargaren is Strategist Responsible Investment at PME Pensioenfonds since May 2019. In his role, he strives to strengthen responsible investment at PME with a strong focus on stewardship as well as engagement with the participants of PME. From 2008 to 2013, Spaargaren worked as Responsible Investment Advisor at ESG-rating provider Sustainalytics before joining Eumedion, the Dutch representative of institutional investors in the field of corporate governance and sustainability.

Herman Mulder is Chairman at SDG Netherlands and co-founder of the True Price Foundation. In addition to this he is Chair of the Impact Economy Foundation, Member of Nyenrode Corporate Governance Institute and a Faculty Member of the Competent Boards Program. Prior to this he was (inter alia) Co-Initiator of the SDG-Investing initiative, Independent Member & Mediator of the NCP-NL for OECD MNE Guidelines, Chair of the Global Reporting Institute and Director General of ABN AMRO. Mulder is Officer in the Royal Order of Oranje-Nassau.

Jeroen Cox is responsible for leading Energy Management & Circular Economy programs at KPN. Prior to this, he served the company as responsible Lead for Supply Chain Services. Before this role he held various Finance Management roles in Business Market, Consumer Market and Networks. Before joining KPN, Cox worked at the Corporate Strategy Department of TNT Express Worldwide. Cox graduated from Tilburg University and is a Certified Controller.

Luz Martinez is Senior Sustainability Officer at ILX Fund, an Emerging Market private credit fund that will invest in a diversified portfolio of loans originated by DFIs. Prior to joining ILX, Luz advised UN´s capital investment agency and worked at the National Bank of Argentina as a financial advisor to the Board of Directors. Luz holds a MSc Development Studies from the London School of Economics and a MSc in Finance from UTDT Buenos Aires.

Piet Klop is Head of Responsible Investment at PGGM Investments. He develops PGGM’s ‘investing in solutions’ portfolio, including SDG impact measurement. He also manages a number of special projects including ESG integration. Before joining PGGM Investments in July 2011, Klop was at the World Resources Institute in Washington DC and held senior positions at the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs and in the private sector. As water expert he worked at the World Bank and United Nations. Klop holds master’s degrees in Water Resources Management from Wageningen University and Applied Environmental Economics from University of London.

Reinier Mijsberg is Head Valuation Team of ABN AMRO and responsible for all real estate valuations within ABN AMRO. From that role he is member of Valuation Committee of Dutch banking Association, member of European Mortgage Federation Valuation Committee and member of the Supervisory Board of NRVT. Mijsberg started his career, after graduating in financial business administration, in the financial sector at Generale Bank and Westland Utrecht Bank, among others. He then worked for more than 15 years at a single family office in various roles, including building a real estate portfolio as an investor, financier and developer. From 2012, he has worked as an entrepreneur in the financial and real estate sector at companies including Blauwhoed, Klaverblad Verzekeringen and ING and as a Senior Consultant at Sweco Capital Consultants.

Rupert Welchman is Lead Portfolio Manager Impact Equity with UBP. He joined UBP in 2010 as Portfolio Manager and now has 22 years’ investment experience. He was previously a UK Equity Fund Manager and Head of the Global Banks Team at Columbia Threadneedle. Between UBP and Threadneedle Welchman worked as a Global Equity Fund Manager at First State AM. He has License in History at Université de Pierre Mendes and a MA in Medieval History from St. Andrews University.

Shawn Keegan is a Senior Vice President and a member of the Credit portfolio-management team at AllianceBernstein (AB). He specializes in Responsible Investing and leads the investment team for AB’s Sustainable Global Thematic Credit Strategy. Keegan is a member of both AB’s Environmental, Social and Governance Research and Stewardship Group and the Principles for Responsible Investment’s Advisory Committee on Environmental, Social and Governance in credit-rating committees. He is also a member of AB’s US Multi-Sector and Canada Fixed Income portfolio-management teams, where he focuses on credit security selection. Keegan first joined AB in 1997 as a portfolio assistant. He then spent a year at Aladdin Capital as a trader before rejoining the firm in 2001 as a member of the US Multi-Sector team. Keegan holds a BS in finance from Siena College and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
