    Aled Jones joined FTSE Russell as Head of Sustainable Investing, Europe, in November 2017. He joined from Mercer’s Investment Consulting Business where he was a Principal in the Global Responsible Investment Team for a number of years. Prior to this, Jones managed the ESG integration activities of one of the UK’s largest public sector pension schemes, the London Pensions Fund Authority. His RI industry experience spans more than 15 years during which time he has also worked in ESG analysis and research, as well as corporate voting and engagement for active portfolios on behalf of institutional and retail clients. Jones holds an MSc in Environmental Science from Lund University in Sweden and is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

    Ana Victoria Quaas is Sustainable Investing Analyst at Fidelity International. She joined the firm’s Global Sustainable Investing Team in January 2020. Prior to this, she worked at Fidelity with the Sustainable Investing Team, as Director of Institutional Marketing for Continental Europe. Prior to joining Fidelity, Quaas held various positions at MFS, RobecoSAM and Vontobel Asset Management. She started her career as an Equity Research Analyst at Dresdner Bank AG based in New York and Frankfurt. Quaas holds a Master’s degree in History of Art from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland.

As a sideline she started her own consultancy practice Angélique Laskewitz Management & Consultancy (ALMC).

He joined Goldman Sachs in 1997 and was named Partner in 2012. Prior, Lawson worked for the Rockefeller Brothers Fund and the Boston Consulting Group. He is a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and of the Columbia College Board of Visitors, and serves as a Trustee and Investment Committee Chair of the Rockefeller Brothers Fund. Lawson earned a JD from Yale Law School and a BA from Columbia University, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa.

    Krispijn Bertoen is Head of Responsible Investment (RI) at MN and leads the RI team. He is member of the Management Team of MN Fiduciairy Management. Bertoen is responsible for the integration of ESG issues in all MN's investment decisions and for all MN's RI policies, including exclusion, voting, engagement, impact investment and a pioneering Climate Risk program. He started his career in banking (ABN AMRO and Deutsche Bank). In 2010, he shifted his focus to responsible investing and impact investing, working in consultancy (Steward Redqueen), ecosystem development (Social Impact Factory) and now institutional investing (MN).

Pelzer has a Master’s Degree in International Development Studies from Utrecht University and holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Studies.

As water expert he worked at the World Bank and United Nations. Klop holds master’s degrees in Water Resources Management from Wageningen University and Applied Environmental Economics from University of London.

From 2012, he has worked as an entrepreneur in the financial and real estate sector at companies including Blauwhoed, Klaverblad Verzekeringen and ING and as a Senior Consultant at Sweco Capital Consultants.

He is providing Sustainability Services, comprising Strategy and implementing Compliance & Assurance. This entails integration of ESG into Portfolio & Risk Management, Impact Measurement & (integrated) Reporting. Bleijs provides workshops and publishes articles and research related to sustainability.

He has License in History at Université de Pierre Mendes and a MA in Medieval History from St. Andrews University.

On a daily basis, she is co-founding the Digital Connected Care Coalition, which is accelerating the digital transformation of healthcare in LMIC through and public and private sector collaboration. Prior to Philips, Saskia worked as company engagement manager at the VBDO and visited over 30 AGMs.

    Shawn Keegan is a Senior Vice President and a member of the Credit portfolio-management team at AllianceBernstein (AB). He specializes in Responsible Investing and leads the investment team for AB’s Sustainable Global Thematic Credit Strategy. Keegan is a member of both AB’s Environmental, Social and Governance Research and Stewardship Group and the Principles for Responsible Investment’s Advisory Committee on Environmental, Social and Governance in credit-rating committees. He is also a member of AB’s US Multi-Sector and Canada Fixed Income portfolio-management teams, where he focuses on credit security selection. Keegan first joined AB in 1997 as a portfolio assistant. He then spent a year at Aladdin Capital as a trader before rejoining the firm in 2001 as a member of the US Multi-Sector team. Keegan holds a BS in finance from Siena College and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Prior to that, Robé was a Sales Director at Jupiter Asset Management in London and Head of Quantitative Equity Analysis at Commerzbank Asset Management in Germany. She is a CFA Charterholder and holds a PhD in Economics and Statistics from the University of Kassel in Germany.

He holds a Masters degree in Economics from VU University Amsterdam.
