Daan Tettero is sinds oktober 2020 verantwoordelijk bij Achmea Real Estate als Fund Manager voor het Achmea Dutch Health Care Property Fund. Daarvoor was Daan Associate Director Healthcare bij CBRE waar hij beleggers en zorginstellingen adviseerde over zorgvastgoed. Daarvoor werkte hij bij Syntrus Achmea als Concept Ontwikkelaar voor Healthcare Property, en in die hoedanigheid heeft hij bijna vijftien jaar gewerkt voor het Achmea Zorgvastgoedfonds

Maya Savelkoul is Fund Manager Dutch Healthcare en Impact Investments bij Bouwinvest, waar ze het Bouwinvest Healthcare Fund leidt. Daarnaast heeft ze het Social Impact Partnership voor ABP en bpfBOUW opgericht. Eerder werkte ze als Manager van het Paris Proof-programma binnen Bouwinvest, als Vastgoedregisseur bij het Centraal Orgaan opvang Asielzoekers (COA) en als Adviseur Gebiedsontwikkeling en Energietransitie bij Twynstra Gudde.

Stefan Sielias has been working for Achmea Investment Management since 2025, after the acquisition of Blue Sky Group by Achmea, and as portfolio manager focuses on the selection and monitoring of non-listed international real estate funds. He has 17 years of experience in the real estate sector and began his career at Van Lanschot Kempen, where he worked as portfolio manager listed real estate for both European as Global mandates. After six years in this role, he worked over eight years at CBRE as Director in the Capital Advisory team, advising both investors as managers within the indirect real estate market. Subsequently, Sielias worked as a Portfolio Manager Real Assets covering both real estate and infrastructure at Blue Sky Group. Sielias holds an MSc degree from the University of Groningen, where he studied Business Administration.

Steve Goossens is sinds 2019 Senior Portefeuillemanager bij APG Asset Management. Daarnaast is hij actief betrokken bij diverse ESG-initiatieven, zoals GRESB, CRREM, Physical Climate Risk en Impact Investing. Voorheen was hij werkzaam bij Hartelt Fund Management, waar hij zich voornamelijk bezighield met het Apollo Zorgvastgoedfonds en verschillende ESG-initiatieven.

Thijs van Gelder is Senior Director Privaat Vastgoed, Europa, bij PGGM, waar hij sinds 2008 werkt. Eerder werkte hij als Investment Manager bij een internationale retailontwikkelaar en als vastgoedadviseur met een focus op binnenstedelijke herontwikkelingsprojecten. Van Gelder heeft een MSc in Business Administration van de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam en een HTS-diploma Bouwkunde van de Hogeschool van Utrecht.

Victor Gulickx is Fund Director van het Apollo Healthcare Property Fund en directielid en aandeelhouder van Hartelt Fund Management BV, de beheerder van het fonds. Eerder was hij als Senior Vermogensbeheerder werkzaam bij een aantal financiële instellingen. In 2007 maakte hij de overstap naar Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance en in 2011 koos hij voor het ondernemerschap.
