Kuik is ook mede-oprichter en naamgever van het lending originatie- en distributieplatform bijBouwe dat in 2015 de markt betrad. Van 2007 tot 2014 werkte hij als Director Banking bij IG&H Consulting & Interim. Kuik studeerde Bedrijfskunde aan Nyenrode Business Universiteit.

    Eva L'Homme joined Mirova in 2018 as Responsible Investment Analyst for the Building and Infrastructure sector on the listed assets within Mirova’s Sustainability Research Team. Since 2020, she has been fully dedicated to ESG analysis of the Energy Transition Infrastructure division. She previously worked as a research assistant in economic development in for the United Nations Program for Development, the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a leading French NGO dedicated to sustainable development. L’Homme graduated from the Grande Ecole program at ESCP Europe and holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the Sorbonne University.

    Jasper Koops is verantwoordelijk voor het portefeuillebeheer van Nederlandse hypothecaire leningen bij Dynamic Credit, waar BNP Paribas Asset Management sinds april 2022 een meerderheidsbelang in heeft. Hij stelt het risico-rendementsprofiel op, doet marktonderzoek en geeft inzichten voor de strategieën. Daarnaast onderhoudt hij met zijn team de relaties met beleggers, waarbij hij het eerste aanspreekpunt is. Koops behaalde een MSc Quantitative Finance and Actuarial Science aan de Universiteit van Tilburg en is CFA en CAIA charterhouder.

Van Kamp has a Master’s degree in Real Estate Management and in Sustainable Development.

    Norbert Bol is an experienced allround institutional Chief Investment Officer with a demonstrated history of working in real asset investing. Until July 2021, Bol was Chief Investment Officer at Sweco Capital Consultants, of which he was a co-Founder. Prior, he worked as Director of Investments at AZL from 2001 and 2004 and Insinger de Beaufort from 1998 to 2001, as Portfolio Manager at KPN Pension Fund from 1995 to1998 and as Senior Consultant at Kolpron/Ecorys from 1990 to 1995. He holds a Master’s of Science in Business Administration from the Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor’s in Architectural Engineering.

    Paul Oremus is Country Manager & Manager Dutch Funds at CBRE Investment Management. He has 25 years’ experience in the real estate industry. Oremus joined the company in 1998 in the Treasury and Risk department and moved to the Corporate Control department in 2000. Following different roles within the company--including CFO/COO Netherlands - he was appointed Fund Manager of the CBRE Dutch Residential Fund (DRES) in 2014 and launched the CBRE European Residential Impact Fund (ERIF) as Fund Manager in 2021.

Schouten joined Kempen in November 2010. Prior to that, he worked for over three years as an investment consultant at Taler Investment Consulting. Schouten holds a Master of Science in Business from Erasmus University in Rotterdam, specializing in Financial Management, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Revell joined the company in 2015 from Ove Arup & Partners. He has 15 years of experience as a sustainability practitioner in the built environment. Revell holds a first class degree in Environmental Management (Industrial) and a PGDip in Sustainability and Resilience.
