Seminar 'Vanuit Impactbeleggen naar een Klimaatneutrale en Circulaire Economie'
How do impact investing and the transition to a climate-neutral and circular economy relate to one another within investment policy? Is climate neutrality primarily seen as an opportunity, or more as a way to mitigate investment risks?
How to asses the risk-return characteristics of circular or climate-neutral investments? Does achieving real impact on climate or circularity come at the expense of returns? How to measure the impact of investments on circularity and climate neutrality, and which standards and frameworks are relevant?
How is impact investing practically implemented across different asset classes (equities, fixed income, private markets)? How can stakeholders work together to grow the market for circular and climate-neutral investments?
Are there examples of successful allocations to circular business models or low-carbon technologies? What are the main barriers to including circular and climate-neutral investments in the portfolio? What is the influence of European regulations on impact and circular investment policy?
How can themes such as security and defense be integrated into a sustainable and responsible investment policy?
These and other key questions will be addressed during the educational event ‘From Impact Investing to a Climate-Neutral and Circular Economy’, organised by Financial Investigator on Thursday 30 October 2025, from 11.00 am to 5.15 pm, for pension fund board members, hosted at a.s.r.'s head offices in Utrecht.
