Anatole Kaletsky

Anatole Kaletsky is Co-Founder, Chairman and Chief Economist of Gavekal. Before founding Gavekal he worked for 30 years as an economic journalist and commentator at the Financial Times, The Economist, and the London Times. He is also Chairman of the Institute for New Economic Thinking, a foundation created to reform academic economics after the 2008 global financial crisis. His book Capitalism 4.0, on the post-crisis transformation of the global economy, was nominated for the 2011 Samuel Johnson Prize. -
Bertrand Gautier

Bertrand Gautier joined Schroders Greencoat in 2010. He co-led the listing of GRP on the Euronext Growth Market in Dublin and on AIM and is responsible for GRP's European investment strategy. Gautier has over 25 years of operational, financial and investment experience. He is a member of Schroders Greencoat’s Management Committee. Gautier joined Schroders Greencoat from Terra Firma Capital Partners where he focused on asset-backed companies. He also spent five years at Merrill Lynch as part of the M&A Advisory Group in the Infrastructure and Industrials team. Prior to that, he gained extensive operational experience over eight years at Procter & Gamble. -

Hij startte zijn carrière bij de Postbank en werkte voor zijn overstap naar ING bij diverse vermogensbeheerders. In de media is hij het gezicht van ING wanneer het om beleggen gaat. After graduating in Economics from the Free University of Amsterdam, Eddy Markus spent a number of years honing his skills at some of the foremost financial institutions in Europe and the USA as both a professional investor and analyst. Eddy is the founder (1978) and also Chief Economist of ECR Research. ECR publishes several times per week on topics varying from asset allocation, interest rates, currencies, stock-markets and the major global economies. Their analysis is subscribed to by many of the world’s leading institutional investors, asset managers and more than 30 of the world’s central banks. -

Erik L. Knutzen, CFA, CAIA, Managing Director, is Co-Head of the Neuberger Berman Quantitative and Multi-Asset investment team and Multi-Asset Chief Investment Officer. He joined the firm in 2014 and is responsible for leading the management of multi-asset portfolios, driving the asset allocation process on a firm-wide level, as well as engaging with clients on strategic partnerships and multi-asset and quantitative solutions. Previously, he was Chief Investment Officer at NEPC, LLC. In addition, he is an Associate Editor of the Journal of Investing, and on the Investment Committee of the Massachusetts Audubon Society. Knutzen holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Williams College. -

Earlier in his career he was a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at Invesco, J.P. Morgan Fleming and Merrill Lynch. Cunningham holds the CFA designation. -

Joe Little is Global Chief Strategist and leads the investment strategy function at HSBC Asset Management. In this role, he is responsible for developing global macro and asset allocation research for the investment process, and for delivering thought leadership and market insights across client channels. Previously, Little was Co-CIO for HSBC’s Multi Asset Funds and the Chief Strategist for Strategic Asset Allocation. Prior to that, he was a Portfolio Manager on HSBC’s global macro hedge fund, working on tactical asset allocation strategies in both G10 and emerging markets. He began his career as a Global Economist at JP Morgan Cazenove. Little holds a Masters in Economics from Warwick University and is a CFA Chaterholder. He is a member of the CFA UK Advisory Council. -

Justin Curlow is Global Head of Research & Strategy at AXA IM Alts. His team is responsible for applying the firm’s 360-degree approach to real asset research. He is a member of the Strategic Investment Committee and allocation committees for various funds managed by AXA IM Alts. He joined AXA IM Real Assets in 2011 having previously spent six years working for DWS. Curlow holds a BSc in Finance from Indiana University and is a member of a number of professional organisations, including APL, IPF, SPR and ULI. -

Matthew Bullock leads the London-based portfolio strategist team of Janus Henderson Investors. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, he was an investment director, multi-strategy solutions & thematics at Wellington Management from 2015. Before that, he was director, multi-asset investment strategist at BlackRock from 2011. He held product development roles, first as a product manager/structurer at Ord Minnett Group from 2006 to 2009 and later as product development manager at BT Investment Management (now Pendal Group). Bullock served as head of structured products/fund manager research at Aegis Equities Research from 2005 to 2006. He began his career at the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority as a senior analyst in 2003. -

Olaf van den Heuvel, CFA, CIO Aegon Asset Management NL and Head of Tactical Asset Allocation, joined Aegon Asset Management in 2000 as portfolio manager for Pacific Equities and strategist. Since 2007, Van den Heuvel has led the Multi Asset team, responsible for the multi asset mandates, asset allocation and strategic views on asset classes for Aegon Asset Management in the Netherlands. He has been a member of the global asset allocation voting committee since 2014. Van den Heuvel studied Economics at Tilburg University, the Netherlands, and is a CFA charterholder. -

Dr. Beck-Friis is a senior vice president and economist in the London office, focusing on Europe. He helps craft the firm’s economic and monetary policy outlook and contributes to quarterly economic forums. He is also a member of the research group of the European portfolio committee. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2017, he worked at Goldman Sachs in New York and London. He has 12 years of macro research experience and holds a master's degree and a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Oxford. He received his undergraduate degree in mathematics and economics from the University of Edinburgh. -

He can regularly be read, heard and seen in the media, including RTL Z, the FD and BNR Nieuwsradio. Since 2017, he has also been keeping up with developments in the crypto world. Wessels started his investment career at Robeco and is a business economist graduate of Erasmus University Rotterdam. -

Roelof Salomons is an investment professional with a background in managing portfolios, leading investment teams and running strategy. Starting in 1997 he has worked for Philips Pensionfund, Aegon and Van Lanschot Kempen. From 2019 onwards he is an Independent Consultant working with a broad range of institutional investors. Since 2015 Salomons is Professor in Investment Theory and Asset Management at the University of Groningen. He serves on several investment committees and writes columns for financial newspapers. -

Wouter Weijand is sinds juni 2016 verbonden aan Providence Capital als Chief Investment Officer en leidt het Investment Committee. Hij studeerde Algemene Economie aan de Erasmus Universiteit in Rotterdam. Weijand leerde het beleggingsvak bij Pierson van ’83-’89. Daarna volgde 26 jaar bij ABN AMRO Asset Management en rechtsopvolgers FIM en BNP IP. Hij leidde daar achtereenvolgens het Euro Fixed Income team, het wereldwijde Property team en ten slotte het wereldwijde Hoog Dividend Aandelen team.
