Alison Shimada
Senior Portfolio Manager, Head of Total Emerging Markets Equity, Allspring Global Investments
Alison Shimada is a Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of the Total Emerging Markets Equity team at Allspring Global Investments. She joined Allspring from its predecessor firm, Wells Fargo Asset Management (WFAM). Prior to her current role, she served as a senior analyst covering areas of developing Europe and Africa. She began her responsibilities at WFAM as the head of equity research for the developed markets (EAFE) international equity team and as a senior investment analyst for Japan and Australia/New Zealand. Shimada joined WFAM after serving as an investment officer of the University of California Regents-Office of the Treasurer. Her prior experience also includes serving as a portfolio manager specializing in Malaysian equities at Commerce Asset Fund Managers and as a senior equity analyst covering Japanese securities at Fidelity Investments Japan. Shimada began her investment industry career in 1985. She earned a bachelor’s degree in political economies of industrial societies from the University of California, Berkeley, and a master's degree in business administration from Harvard Business School. -
Anatole Kaletsky
Founding Partner, Chief Economist, Gavekal Dragonomics
Anatole Kaletsky is Co-Founder, Chairman and Chief Economist of Gavekal. Before founding Gavekal he worked for 30 years as an economic journalist and commentator at the Financial Times, The Economist, and the London Times. He is also Chairman of the Institute for New Economic Thinking, a foundation created to reform academic economics after the 2008 global financial crisis. His book Capitalism 4.0, on the post-crisis transformation of the global economy, was nominated for the 2011 Samuel Johnson Prize. -

Bob Homan is sinds 2008 Hoofd van het Investment Office van ING en daarmee eindverantwoordelijk voor het beleggingsbeleid van ING voor haar Nederlandse klanten. Hij startte zijn carrière bij de Postbank en werkte voor zijn overstap naar ING bij diverse vermogensbeheerders. In de media is hij het gezicht van ING wanneer het om beleggen gaat. Homan studeerde Economie aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam. -
Daniel Morris
Chief Market Strategist and Co-Head Investment Insights Centre, BNP Paribas Asset Management
Daniel Morris is Chief Market Strategist and Co-Head of the Investment Insight Centre at BNP Paribas Asset Management. In close coordination with the Macro Research and Investment Strategy team, he participates in investment team meetings to understand portfolio positions, and re-enforces the ability of the Investment Insight Centre to provide market insights and analysis. Previously, he has been Senior Investment Strategist at the firm since 2015. Before that, he was Global Investment Strategist at TIAA-CREF, where he advised clients and portfolio managers on strategy and asset allocation. He was also a Global Markets Strategist at JPMorgan Asset Management, Senior Equity Strategist at Lombard Street Research, and US Equity Strategist for Bank of America Securities. Morris holds a CFA designation, a BA in Mathematics from Pomona College, an MA in International Economics and Latin American Studies from Johns Hopkins University, and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. -
Frédéric Leroux
Head of Cross Asset, Fund Manager, Carmignac
Frédéric Leroux is Head of the Cross Asset team and a Fund Manager at Carmignac. He joined Carmignac in 1995 as a Fund Manager. Then, he founded a FCIMT (Managed Futures Funds) and worked consecutively for BNP Paribas Equities and HSBC CCF as a Securities Sdviser on equity market derivatives strategies. He returned to Carmignac in 2003 to become a Global Fund Manager, Head of Cross Asset, covering macroeconomic research and hedging. Leroux graduated from the Institut d’Economie Scientifique et de Gestion (IESEG), Lille, France. -

Verder schrijft hij boeken en columns. Han was tot 2019 Chief Investment Officer (CIO) van Rabobank. Zijn carrière startte bij Schretlen & Co waar hij van 2000 tot en met 2009 CIO was. -

Hania is a managing director in Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS) within Goldman Sachs Asset Management, serving as head of QIS in EMEA and global co-head of QIS Client Portfolio Management. In her role, she oversees the team driving client and product strategy. QIS offers a broad spectrum of quantitatively managed strategies, focusing on alpha generation within and across asset classes, efficient delivery of factor exposures, providing investors access to alternative investments with attractive liquidity profiles and creating structured payoffs. Prior to her current role, Hania led the Client Portfolio Management teams in EMEA and India. She also previously spent two years in Hong Kong as a QIS client portfolio manager for clients based in Asia Pacific. Hania joined Goldman Sachs in 2010 as an analyst in QIS and was named managing director in 2023. Hania earned a BA in Economics and Finance from the University of Exeter in 2010. She is a CFA charterholder. -

Ineke Valke is Senior Investment Strategist bij Wealth Management Partners en Lid van het Investment Committee van WMP. Zij analyseert de economische, politieke en monetaire ontwikkelingen en de marktbewegingen en is medeverantwoordelijk voor het beleggingsbeleid. Eerder werkte zij voor Rabobank, Theodoor Gilissen Bankiers, Doctors Pension Funds Services en MeesPierson. Valke studeerde Economie en RBA aan de VU in Amsterdam. Luc Aben

Luc Aben has been working in the field of asset management and asset advice in the Netherlands and Belgium since 1992, including 23 years at Van Lanschot Kempen. He started his career as an Equity Analyst, gradually moving towards macroeconomics and investment strategy. Since 2012 he is Chief Economist of Van Lanschot Kempen. In this role he is co-responsible for allocation choices in asset management and investment advice. He also provides economic input for steering the bank's own balance sheet. -

Olaf van den Heuvel, CFA, is Chief Investment Officer at Achmea Investment Management. He started working in financial services in 2000 when he joined Aegon Asset Management as Portfolio Manager and Strategist. During his career at Aegon he took on various roles within the investment teams, becoming CIO and Board Member in 2017. As of December 2024, Van den Heuvel is appointed Director Investments at Achmea Investment Management. Salman Ahmed joined Fidelity in August 2020 as Global Head of Macro and Strategic Asset Allocation. Previously, he was co-chair of Global Investment Committee and Chief Investment Strategist at Lombard Odier IM (LOIM). Before spending nearly 8 years with LOIM, Ahmed was head of Global Macro at Edf trading between 2009 and 2012. He also spent nearly 5 years with Goldman Sachs International as a global economist within the global macro team. He began his career in finance with Watson Wyatt (now Towers Willis Watson) in 2001. Ahmed holds a PhD and MPhil in Economics & Finance from University of Cambridge. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Lahore University of Management Sciences, Pakistan, in 1999. -
