Fabrice Kremer to succeed Guy Wagner as Chief Investment Officer at BLI

Fabrice Kremer has been appointed Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of BLI - Banque de Luxembourg Investments, effective 1 January, 2027, succeeding Guy Wagner, who will retire after a 40-year career. In this role, he will lead BLI’s macroeconomic analysis and manage the BL Global Flexible EUR fund. Guy Wagner will support this transition until the end of 2026.

A recognised specialist in macroeconomic analysis and multi-assets management, Fabrice Kremer, aged 43, has successfully managed the BL Fund Selection 0-50 fund since 2013, a multi-asset fund of funds with a conservative profile that has won several awards since its launch. He has also been coordinating BLI’s Asset Allocation Committee for over five years. His expertise in asset allocation and his in-depth knowledge of the financial markets make him a natural successor to carry forward BLI’s patrimonial approach and promote the company’s profile to the outside world. As lead manager of the BL Global Flexible EUR fund, he will be responsible for the asset allocation strategy, supported in the selection of individual securities by Marc Erpelding, Head of Asset Management, as well as by the other members of BLI’s investment teams.

As Chief Investment Officer for BLI, Fabrice Kremer will lead the macroeconomic and financial analyses that inform BLI’s market outlook and its various multi-asset portfolios.

After completing a Master’s degree in Economics at the University of Metz, Fabrice Kremer went on to obtain a DESS (Postgraduate Diploma) in Savings and Financial Investments at the University of Angers, during which he wrote his final dissertation on multi-management. Fabrice joined the Multi-Management department at BLI - Banque de Luxembourg Investments in 2006, where he is currently responsible for managing flexible-allocation funds of funds, including BL Fund Selection 0-50 (LU0430649086), which he has managed since 2013.
