'Enthusiasm and honesty are contagious. It's more enjoyable for everyone when you're enthusiastic about your work. Radiate it, make it a habit! If you don't feel passionate about your work, then look for something that does inspire you! Be honest, and if this doesn't work, then the organisation isn't right for you.'
