Guillaume Cadiou has been appointed as CEO and Member of the Executive Board at La Française Group.

He is starting in his role at March 6th 2023 and will be based in Paris. He will assist Patrick Rivière, Chairman of the Executive Board, in managing all of La Française Group's activities and will work (side by side with Eric Charpentier, Deputy Chief Executive Office of CIC and Chief Executive Officer of the Caisse Régionale de Crédit Mutuel Nord Europe) on the successful creation of the multi-boutique asset management business line, dedicated to third parties, of Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale.

His professional background

Guillaume Cadiou was an Inter-Ministerial Delegate for business restructuring to the Ministers for the Economy and Employment from October 2020 to February 2023.

He is 46 years old and a graduate of the École Polytechnique (2000), the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (2003) and the Collège des Ingénieurs (2003). He began his career in the budget department and then moved to the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations. In 2009, he was appointed Deputy Director to the office of Patrick Devedjian, minister under the Prime Minister responsible for implementing the Recovery Plan. Guillaume then joined the Imerys group in 2011, where he was Director of Strategy and Development and became Managing Director of an operating subsidiary. In 2017, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors for the financial services company Kepler Cheuvreux.
