Rist Brouwer joins ICG's European Investment Team

Rist Brouwer has joined ICG's European sub-ordinated Debt and Equity Team as a Managing Director.

Based in ICG’s office in Amsterdam, Rist will be covering the Benelux markets for investment opportunities across the spectrum of sub-ordinated debt, equity and partnership capital. Rist has extensive and diverse experience across private equity, management, consulting and corporate development.  He joins ICG following nine years in private equity leading European transactions for Silverfern, including minority investments in the food, consumer, healthcare, leisure, real estate and fintech sectors among others. Rist has a Master of Philosophy degree from the University of Groningen and an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management. He is fluent in Dutch, English and French.
