Anton Kramer is co-founder of OverRendement, an initiative that analyses the performance of pension funds. He has more than 20 years of experience in institutional asset management. He studied economics, specialising in investments. As a portfolio manager at Aegon Asset Management, he was responsible for emerging markets investments for several Dutch pension funds. Alongside his professional work, he has continued to develop his expertise through various programmes in asset management and pensions, including courses with CFA, CAIA and SPO.
