Anna Skarborg
Managing Director & Director of Sustainability, P Capital Partners (part of M&G Investments)
Anna Skarborg serves as Managing Director and Director of Sustainability at P Capital Partners (part of M&G Investments), overseeing the integration of sustainability within the firm’s investment strategy and origination. She also leads corporate communications and sits on the Management Committee. Prior to PCP, Skarborg was Head of Impact & Sustainability at Northzone VC, co-founded Canucci in partnership with the Wallenberg foundations, and served as Sustainability Director at Axel Johnson Inc. She has also contributed as a sustainable leadership expert for the World Economic Forum. Skarborg holds a Master’s in Management from the Stockholm School of Economics, a CEMS degree from HEC Paris, and a diploma in International Relations from Johns Hopkins SAIS. -

Danny Kayello is a responsible for capital formation for Private Alternatives at AllianceBernstein in Europe and the Middle East. Based in London, Kayello was previously responsible for capital formation and investor relations for AB CarVal. Prior to joining AB CarVal, he was on the Credit sales team at Morgan Stanley. Kayello earned his B.A. in Political Science and Management Studies at Duke University -
Diana Wesselius
Managing Director Impact Investment Portfolios, Anthos Fund & Asset Management
Diana Wesselius is Managing Director, Impact Investments at Anthos Fund & Asset Management, a value-based asset manager rooted in a single family office. She is responsible for the execution of impact investment strategies across asset classes, including private, listed and real assets. Her role spans investment selection, portfolio construction and management and oversight of external fund manager relationships. Wesselius has over 25 years of experience across private equity and project finance debt, with a strong focus on infrastructure and renewable energy investments in emerging markets. She began her career at ING Group before moving to FMO, the Dutch Development Bank, where she held various senior leadership roles. -
Guido Boysen
Chief Investment Officer, Blink Impact
Guido Boysen is Chief Investment Officer at Blink Impact, an international single-family office focused on impact and technology investments. The office manages a broad range of projects with the overall aim to inspire and catalyse systemic change. With over 25 years of experience in emerging markets investing, Boysen previously served as CEO and CIO of GroFin, overseeing multiple funds across Africa and the Middle East. Earlier in his career, he was an Investment Officer at FMO, managing investments across Africa and South Asia, and began his professional journey as a management consultant at Accenture. He holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University’s School of International & Public Affairs and a Master of Business Economics from the University of Groningen. -

Ita Demyttenaere is sinds november 2024 werkzaam als Sustainable and Transition Solutions Manager bij BlackRock. In deze functie ondersteunt hij Nederlandse klanten bij het integreren van duurzaamheid, transitie, impact en klimaatdoelstellingen in hun beleggingsbeleid. Voorafgaand aan deze adviseerde hij meer dan tien jaar financiële instellingen in Europa over verantwoord beleggen bij Morningstar Sustainalytics. Als CFA Charterholder is Demyttenaere lid van het Nederlandse CFA Sustainable Investing Committee. -

Jan Bertus Molenkamp is Partner at Impact Orange Partners (IOP) that has been founded in 2022 with the mission to bridge the gap between institutional investors and impact investing. One of the key impact themes for IOP is Nature Based Solutions. He has been a board member for many years at Kempen Capital Management (head and founder of the fiduciary business) and before that for many years at MN Investments. Long time ago he studied Econometrics at Groningen University, followed by a post-graduate course management engineering at the Delft University of Technology where he specialized in Asset Liability Management modelling. -

Jorg Sallaerts is sinds september 2024 Hoofd Benelux bij Arcmont Asset Management in Amsterdam. Hij heeft eerder 4 jaar bij Ares Management doorgebracht met het ontwikkelen van de Benelux-franchise, en 6 jaar bij ING in verschillende functies, voornamelijk in Leveraged Finance in Amsterdam en Londen. Jorg heeft een MSc in Finance van de VU Amsterdam en een BSc in Bedrijfskunde van de Radboud Universiteit. -

Koen Ronda is Head of Private Markets Investments at IBS Capital Allies. He is responsible for fund investments, direct co-investments and direct secondary deals in private equity, private debt and infrastructure. IBS has several funds of funds in private markets and, under the IBS Vantage Point strategy, a Co-investment Fund and a Secondary Fund. Before Ronda took the helm of the Private Markets Investments platform in 2019, he was Portfolio Manager in the listed investment team at IBS. -

Lochlann Kerr is an Investment Director on Aberdeen’s Emerging Markets Debt team, specialising in Emerging Market Corporate portfolios. He leads the firm’s expansion into private credit across Emerging Markets, overseeing the sourcing, assessment, and management of private debt investments for institutional and flagship strategies. Kerr began his career with Aberdeen in Sydney in 2013 before relocating to London in 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney and is a CFA Charterholder. -

Marlene heeft 30 jaar ervaring in de financiële sector en richt zich sinds 2010 op impact investing. Als ondernemer en initiatiefnemer van Collective Action zet zij haar diepgaande impact investeringskennis in om de transitie naar een duurzaam financieel systeem te versnellen. Ze werkte internationaal en bekleedde functies bij onder meer Russell Investments en als medeoprichter van XS Investments en Twelve Capital. Momenteel is zij partner bij Collective Action, lid van het Investment Committee van Planet&People One en lead investor in een innovatief ‘dorp van de toekomst’ in Portugal. -
Sytske Groenewald
Head of Impact Investing, Cardano (Mercer)
Sytske Groenewald is Hoofd van het Cardano Impact Investing team in Nederland en verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van impactfondsen en maatwerkmandaten rond thema’s als energy, water en biodiversiteit. Ze werkt sinds 2013 in de impact investing sector en heeft een achtergrond in sociaal-economisch onderzoek, onder meer bij Inclusive Impact Investments en Oxfam Novib. Groenewald heeft een Master in Culturele Antropologie en een Bachelor in Economie van de Universiteit Utrecht en promoveerde aan Wageningen Universiteit. -
Tim Crijns
Fund Manager Triodos Microfinance Fund, Triodos Investment Management
Tim Crijns is de lead fondsmanager van het Triodos Microfinance Fund en mede‑fondsmanager van het Triodos Fair Share Fund. Crijns begon in 2014 bij Triodos Bank als Corporate Secretary. In 2016 begon hij bij Triodos Investment Management als Investment Officer Afrika. Voordat hij bij Triodos kwam werkte Crijns twee jaar in Tanzania, waar hij een beroepsopleidingsproject opzette voor de internationale ontwikkelingsorganisatie VSO. Hij werkte daarvoor als jurist bij Clifford Chance (met een focus op kapitaalmarkten) en ING Bank. Crijns is afgestudeerd als Master of Law aan de Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen en behaalde daarnaast een Master of Business Administration (Strategic Management) aan de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam
