    Annemarie Costeris

    Annemarie Costeris has been leading Microsoft’s government and corporate affairs work in The Netherlands since September 2021 focussing on areas such as privacy, technological innovation, cybersecurity and digital infrastructure. She works closely with government ministries, lawmakers and industry partners to advance policies that support innovation, digital resilience and economic growh. She holds an LLM in International Law and International Relations from Utrecht and Nottingham university. Costeris has extensive experience in government, non-profits, and the private sector, focusing on international business, sustainable energy and human rights.

    Barbara Baarsma is Chief Economist of PwC Netherlands and in this role, heads PwC's chief economist office. Since 2009, she has been a Professor of Applied Economics at the University of Amsterdam. In addition, she holds various other societal positions. She is the chair of the Bank Council of the Dutch Central Bank (DNB) and a member of the Dutch Committee for Entrepreneurship. Before joining PwC, Baarsma worked, among others, at Rabobank.
  4. Bouke Evers

    Bouke Evers

    Partner EY, Enterprise Resilience Leader, EY NL

    Bouke Evers (Partner EY) is the EY NL Enterprise Resilience leader. In this role he is advising institutions how to navigate the current non-linear accelerated, volatile and interconnected world, and where positive business cases are in the different transitions that companies have to go through. Evers has a Masters degree in Quantitative Finance and Actuarial Sciences, and is a qualified Actuary, with a passion for complex problem solving, financial modelling and Sustainability.
  5. Evalinde Eelens

    Evalinde Eelens

    Pension fund board member, various pension funds

    Evalinde Eelens currently serves as an executive board member of the industrywide Dutch pension fund for the private security sector and as a board member of the pension fund for architects in the Netherlands. She also holds supervisory board positions with the Robeco corporate pension scheme and the PMT industrywide pension fund. In these capacities, she plays a key role in asset management and investment governance. Previously, Eelens worked as an investment strategist, advising a range of Dutch and international pension schemes. Beyond the pension industry, she is a director of the Eugene Kingman Collection LLC. Eelens earned her MBA in Sustainable Business in the Global Economy (Cum Laude) from the Maastricht School of Management.

    Hans Huigen is Managing Director of NIDV. After completing his law degree in Utrecht, Huigen began his career as a reserve officer with the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee in The Hague. At the Ministry of Economic Affairs, he was responsible for promoting greater market forces and deregulation. He gained international experience in Paris at the OECD, researching regulatory management and reform in OECD countries and developing alternatives to government regulation. In 2000, Huigen moved into the private sector. He was Head of Public Affairs of Essent, and led the joint representation of Dutch energy companies. In 2008, he co-founded the consultancy firm H&dB Associates, which advises organisations in the field of public affairs. From 2020 until his appointment as Director of the Dutch Industry for Defence and Security Foundation, Huigen worked as Head of EU and Public Affairs at Royal IHC, which also carries out work for the Ministry of Defence.

    Jamie Milne joined Schroders Greencoat in 2017 and is responsible for Greencoat's private markets investor relations and fund-raising activities. Prior to joining Schroders Greencoat, Milne worked at BlackRock in the Institutional Client Business, where he was part of the strategic clients team managing institutional relationships an focused new client development. He started his investment management career at JP Morgan Asset Management in 2013.

    Klaas Knot is the former President of the De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) and former Chair of the Financial Stability Board (FSB). He also served as a member of the Governing Council and the General Council of the European Central Bank (ECB), a member of the European Systemic Risk Board, Governor for the International Monetary Fund, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Bank for International Settlements. Knot currently runs his own strategic advisory firm, KK Economic Advisory, where he advises European and Dutch governments on a range of issues such as crisis management, the independence of central banks, and the financing of public infrastructure.
  9. Laure Wessemius-Chibrac

    Laure Wessemius-Chibrac has been committed for many years to shaping the impact investing ecosystem and is Managing Director of the NAB, the industry association of impact investors in the Netherlands. Previously, she was Head of Investments at Cordaid, an international NGO and impact investor, and worked as an investment banker at BNP Paribas and ABN AMRO Rothschild.

    Niranjan Sirdeshpande is the Global Head of Investments for the M&G Catalyst Fund and is based in London. The Catalyst Fund manages invests in world-leading technology and life-sciences companies that create a positive impact for society and the planet. Sirdeshpande has successfully executed transactions in diverse sectors such as Life-sciences, Deep-tech, Clean Energy, Enterprise SaaS, Fintech/Consumer Credit, Micro Finance, Aircraft Leasing, and Music Royalties, among others. Sirdeshpande also represents M&G on the Board and Investment committees of a number of portfolio companies.
  11. Rinke Zonneveld

    Rinke Zonneveld

    Rinke Zonneveld is CEO at Invest-nl. He is a highly experienced public entrepreneur. He prefers to operate at the intersection of the public and private sectors, with strong links to the financial sector and knowledge institutions. He had a long career at the Ministry of Economic Affairs, where he served, among other roles, as Director of Industrial Policy AI and Director of Entrepreneurship. He subsequently became the founding director of InnovationQuarter, the regional development agency for South Holland. Over the past ten years, he has been ultimately responsible for more than one hundred investments in young innovative companies.

    Ronald Wuijster has been Executive Board Member of APG Group since March 2018 and CEO of APG AM since May 2017 until March 2026, having joined the APG AM Management Board in February 2010. He has over 35 years of experience in the investment world, including twenty years in executive and managing director roles. He is currently a board member of DUFAS, a board member of FCLTGlobal, and co-chair of WEF Biodiversity Finance Initiative. Wuijster studied business economics and law at Erasmus University in Rotterdam and psychology in Leiden.
  13. Sean Maguire

    Maguire joined Schroders Greencoat in January 2026 from Impax Asset Management where he was Managing Director, Co-Head of the Transaction team in the Impax Private Markets business. The Impax Private Markets business was pursuing a value-add strategy within the energy transition space with a focus on acquiring and partnering with energy transition platforms. During his five years at Impax, the team which Maguire co-led made investments in ten European countries as well as the US across wind, solar, storage, hydro, decentralised generation and EV charging. Maguire has been working in the renewables industry since 2007. Prior to joining Impax Maguire worked at Statkraft for two years where he led a team tasked with sourcing and executing project and platform M&A opportunities across onshore wind, solar, storage and EV in Europe. Maguire is a qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG Dublin. He began his career in renewables at Airtricity before joining Element Power in 2010, a private equity backed pan-European renewable developer which was acquired by Statkraft in 2018. Maguire holds a BA in Economics from Trinity College Dublin.
  14. Thomas Kieselstein

    Since 2023, Thomas Kieselstein, has provided strategic guidance to Quoniam, in particular with regard to the investment process where he can leverage on over three decades of expertise in quantitative investing. As co-founder and former Chief Investment Officer, he played a pivotal role in shaping the company's development. Previously he worked with DZ Bank and Dresdner Investment Group (today Allianz Global Investors). He holds a degree in industrial engineering from the University of Karlsruhe (KIT) and is a CFA Charterholder.

    Tom Green joined HSBC Asset Management in 2019 and is the portfolio manager for HSBC AM’s Direct Lending Strategies. He chairs the Direct Lending Investment Committee and also sits on the investment committee for Infrastructure Debt. Prior to joining HSBC Asset Management, Green spent 16 years with HSBC Bank within its mid-market leveraged finance business. Green graduated from Durham University with a BSc Hons in Geography and also holds a BA Hons from UMIST in Banking & Finance.

    Ulrik Fugmann is Co-Head of the Environmental Strategies Group within Fundamental Active Equities and ESG Champion at BNP Paribas Asset Management, where he is responsible for all activities related to the management and performance of the organisation’s environmental strategies and portfolios. He joined BNP Paribas Asset Management in 2019. Fugmann began his career at Goldman Sachs in 2001 investing thematically across energy, materials and agriculture globally within the Goldman Sachs Principal Strategies Group and co-ran the Goldman Sachs Thematic Investment Group. Since 2012, Fugmann was the CIO and co-founder of North Shore Partners that became part of Duet Asset Management in 2015 and later co-founded Sustainable Solutions. Fugmann has over 22 years of investment management experience and holds an MSc in Economics & Political Science from the University of Copenhagen.

In his role, Cramer has driven a shift in Rabobank’s stance towards the defence industry—from a “no, unless” to a “yes, provided that” approach—aimed at contributing to the strategic autonomy of the Netherlands and Europe.
