Joseph Vullo promoted to Head of Real Estate Europe at Columbia Threadneedle
Joseph Vullo has been promoted to Head of Real Estate Europe at Columbia Threadneedle Investments. In this role he will provide leadership for Columbia Threadneedle’s Pan European real estate platform, including the UK and Continental Europe.
Vullo currently leads the UK Real Estate business and will now take on additional oversight for the Continental Europe business, with Iris Schöberl and Ian Kelley continuing to head up operations in Munich and Paris respectively now reporting into him.
Columbia Threadneedle is a leading real estate investment manager, with $17bn assets under management in European real estate on behalf of retail, high net worth, institutional and insurance clients. These assets are predominantly invested in commercial real estate across logistics, retail, industrial and offices, as well as investment strategies in residential.
