Percy Golergant appointed as Executive Director in Luxembourg at Monex Europe
Percy Golergant has been appointed as Executive Director in Luxembourg at Monex Europe S.A. Together with Carlo Biondi, who has served as Executive Director for the entity since March 2021, he will co-direct the office’s operations, including streamlining its IT solutions, enhancing its risk management services, and driving sales in the thriving market.
Prior to joining Monex Europe, Golergant worked for Bank Hapoalim B.M. for over 20 years, where he headed up its Luxembourg entities for more than a decade. He started his career as an investment advisor in the banking sector in Israel and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is fluent in Hebrew, Spanish, French and English, and has been an approved authorised manager by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) for 12 years.
