Marjolein van Dongen appointed as Head of Distribution, Retail and Wealth by Amundi
Amundi announces the appointment of Marjolein van Dongen, as Head of Distribution, Retail and Wealth in the Netherlands.
Van Dongen rejoins Amundi from NN Investment Partners where she was driving part of the Dutch Wholesale client business in the Netherlands since 2020. Previous to this, She spent four years (2016-2020) with Amundi where she held a sales role with responsibility for developing the group’s business among distribution clients. In 2019, she also took a leading role in the group’s development in ESG for the Benelux region.
Before this, Van Dongen was with Van Lanschot Kempen, a Dutch wealth management company, where she held various roles over 11 years. Starting as a Product Manager, later becoming senior business manager before moving into business development and ultimately a leading role in strategy, business development and innovation.
She is a graduate from the University of Amsterdam and holds a Master’s degree in economics.
