Mandy Chiu appointed as Head of Product at Tabula Investment Management
European ETF provider Tabula Investment Management has hired Mandy Chiu as Head of Product to build on the company’s strong growth in 2021.
Most recently Mandy was head of EMEA and APAC ETF Product at State Street Global Advisors (SSGA). Prior to joining SSGA in 2016, Mandy was responsible for product and business strategy at ETF Securities and HSBC in London. Earlier in her career Mandy worked as a futures and options broker at Yuanta Securities in Taiwan. Mandy is a CFA charterholder and holds a degree in Economics from National Taipei University as well as an MSc in Finance from Cass Business School.

We launched the first SFDR Article 9 fixed income ETF and grew it to over US$100m of AuM, saw huge interest in our US enhanced inflation ETF, and raised over US$200m in our Asia high yield ESG ETF. With Mandy’s experience we are building on our ability to bring new and innovative ETF solutions and exposures to investors.”
Mandy will work closely with Tabula CIO Jason Smith, who joined the firm from Goldman Sachs Asset Management in 2020, as well as Andy Baker and Vanessa Johnson from Tabula’s operations team. “Andy and Vanessa have created a market-leading business that we are keen to further expand and enhance,” added MJ Lytle.
Mandy said, “Tabula has ambitious plans for 2022 and a strong pipeline for product launches. I’m very excited to join Tabula’s dynamic and innovative team.”
