Guido Bunte joins KR&A as Managing Director Business Development
Guido Bunte has joined KR&A as Managing Director Business Development.
Bunte has two decades of experience in international real estate investment management. His last position was managing director at Barings, the $387 billion global investment manager, where he was portfolio manager and member of the real estate management committee, from 2016- 2019. This followed eight years at Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors.
Before that, Bunte was co-responsible for the global real estate securities platform at Fortis Investments, following a position as analyst and portfolio manager for European real estate securities at ABN Amro Asset Management. He is a German national and has a master in Economics from the University of Cologne and a bachelor in business administration from Paderborn University. He also spent a year at Stockholm university, studying economics and Swedish. He served ten years on the FTSE EPRA Nareit European Index Committee.
