Beatrice N. Herrmann joins Avida International
Avida International is pleased to announce that Beatrice N. Herrmann has joined the German team of Avida International as Senior Consultant.
Dorothee Franzen, Managing Director of Avida International GmbH in München said: “We are delighted to have Beatrice on our team. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in funded pension solutions to Avida. Her in-depth knowledge in the complete value chain of occupational pension provision will help us to further improve our services to our clients.” Beatrice will help corporates and pension funds find the best fitting solutions to their investment governance problems. She will also help financial service providers optimise their business approach to occupational pensions in the German market. In addition to her alignment with Avida, Beatrice will continue her independent consultancy helping corporate clients to properly implement a German trust protecting pensions in case of insolvency.
Beatrice holds 25+ years of experience in international pension consulting with Mercer, Commerzbank and Allianz Group. She is a former Managing Director of Mercer’s German group trustee, which is the largest group trustee in Germany offering pension protection in case of insolvency. She was also responsible for the administration of funded pension solutions and managed the employee self-service tools. Previously, Beatrice worked as senior consultant in the Pension Solutions entities of both Commerzbank and Allianz Group advising corporate clients on best in class investment solutions for their pension plans.
