Neuberger Berman hires Leen Meijaard as senior advisor

Neuberger Berman, a private, independent, employee-owned investment manager, announced it has appointed Leen Meijaard, former Blackrock executive, as a senior advisor, effective 1st November. Leen will act as a consultant, advising on the Europe and Middle East institutional business, working with Dik van Lomwel, head of EMEA and LatAm.

Leen was a member of Blackrock’s EMEA executive committee for nearly a decade and held managing director roles at the firm, including most recently head of Blackrock EMEA iShares and previously head of Blackrock EMEA Institutional. Before joining Blackrock in 2002 he worked for Fidelity and Robeco.
