    Amba is Partner bij Probability & Partners en verantwoordelijk voor de verzekeringsactiviteiten. Ze heeft ruime ervaring met Risk Management voor verzekeraars vanuit verschillende rollen. In de aanloop naar Solvency II was ze bij de DNB mede verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding van de verzekeringssector op Solvency II pillar II-vereisten. Naast Partner-Consultant is Zeggen onder meer Docent Risk Management aan de UvA en het Actuariële Instituut en is zij Commissaris bij twee verzekeraars. Zeggen heeft wiskunde en actuariële wetenschappen gestudeerd en heeft meer dan 20 jaar ervaring in de financiële sector.

    Ben Mitchell manages Private Credit portfolios at LGIM for both insurance and pension clients. As part of the role he provides pricing guidance, portfolio construction and risk analysis for each of these mandates and is responsible for fund performance. He joined Legal and General in 2016, working within their insurance business as an Investment Strategy Manager before transitioning across to the Private Credit team. Prior to joining Legal and General, he worked in the delta one business at Morgan Stanley focussing on programme trades, ETFs and index rebalances. Mitchell started his career as an Investment Consultant at KPMG.

    Erik Leseman trad in 2005 in dienst bij Aegon. In de afgelopen zeventien jaar heeft hij diverse managementfuncties bekleed bij Aegon Asset Management, maar ook bij Knab Bank, voordat hij Hoofd Investment Management werd bij Aegon Nederland. Hij is tevens Voorzitter van het Nederlandse Responsible Investment Committee. Vóór 2005 was hij werkzaam bij ABN AMRO, DNB en de Centrale Bank van de Nederlandse Antillen (BNA). Leseman heeft een Master in Monetaire Economie van de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen en is CFA Charterholder sinds 2004.

    Erik Jan van Bergen is Managing Director Investments bij VGZ. Van Bergen is begin 2020 toegetreden tot het asset management-team van VGZ. Het asset management-team van VGZ is verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de rapportage van de beleggingen van VGZ in Fixed Income & Equities. Verder vervult het team de Treasury-functie en voert het het duurzaam beleggingsbeleid van VGZ uit. Van Bergen is sinds 1991 actief in de institutionele beleggerswereld in verschillende rollen bij NN Investment Partners, Citigroup, ACTIAM en AXA Investment Managers. Hij behaalde een masterdiploma in Econometrie aan Tilburg University.

    Mohamed Lechkar joined Athora in November 2019. He reports to the Group CRO and is responsible for Capital Steering and Measurement. Prior to Athora he worked at KPMG, PwC and Oliver Wyman as Senior Manager and Financial Risk and Management Consultant across Europe. Before being a consultant he worked 6 years for the Dutch Central Bank and Supervisor, de Nederlandsche Bank (DNB). He was one of the key developers of the Solvency 2 framework for insurers. He also initiated and led the Solvency 2 Internal Model approval team of DNB. Lechkar holds two Master’s Degrees, in Financial Econometrics and Actuarial Science and obtained the title Actuary from the Royal Dutch Actuarial Society.

    Neal Hegeman is Head Investment Strategy & Research bij a.s.r. Na het afronden van zijn wiskundestudie aan de Universiteit Utrecht in 2000, begon Hegeman zijn carrière bij ABN AMRO Bank, bij het onderdeel dat in 2007 door RBS werd overgenomen. Hier werkte hij in verschillende functies, waaronder als ALM-specialist voor pensioenfondsen en verzekeraars. Hij heeft ook ervaring als Lid van het bestuur en de beleggingscommissie van het RBS-pensioenfonds. In 2015 is Hegeman in dienst getreden bij a.s.r., waar hij verantwoordelijk is voor de beleggingsstrategie en research voor de interne verzekeringsentiteiten en externe klanten.

    Neil Moge is Head of EMEA Insurance Portfolio Management at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. He joined Goldman Sachs as an Executive Director in 2013 and was named Managing Director in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, Moge was an Executive Director in the Global Insurance Solutions team at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Earlier in his career, he was an Investment Director at RSA Insurance and a Director at AXA Investment Managers and M&G, where he focused on managing insurance assets. Moge earned a BA in History in 1996 and an MA in Medieval Studies in 1998 from the University of Bristol. He became a CFA charterholder in 2000.

    Philipp Lehner is a Managing Director at AllianceBernstein (AB). He leads business development and sales efforts for AB’s Private Alternatives Platform in Europe and Asia. Before joining the firm in 2014, he worked in the institutional division at BlackRock, where he was responsible for business development and relationship management with institutional investors in Germany and Austria. He joined BlackRock through its 2006 merger with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM). Lehner joined MLIM as a member of that firm’s graduate trainee program in 2002. Lehner holds a magister degree (MBA equivalent) in business administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. He is also a Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA) and a Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA).

He works alongside the equity investment team and his primary role is to ensure that clients and consultants have clarity on the philosophy, process and investment positioning of this growing asset class. By understanding the changing needs of different groups of investors, he is responsible for developing new equity strategies and customised investment solutions for wholesale and institutional clients globally.

    Russell Baird, Head of UK Investments Solutions at Aegon Asset Management, is responsible for delivering investment solutions and strategic asset allocation advice to clients with a strong focus on their liabilities and financial regulations. Prior to his current role, he has held a number of roles in the firm across Product and Client Management since 2010. Prior to that, Baird worked for Aon Consulting where he was a scheme actuary and consultant, providing clients with advice on actuarial funding and investment strategy. Baird studied Actuarial Mathematics and Statistics at Heriot Watt University and is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
