Seminar 'The impact and potential of Generative AI within Asset & Wealth Management'

Artificial Intelligence, particularly generative AI, is seen by many as the most impactful technological advance since the Internet. It is expected to contribute to the global economy immensely, partly through increased productivity and partly through additional consumption effects. But what does AI mean for the wealth management industry? How will AI successfully be employed in the investment process and what investment opportunities does AI offer?

AI and the internal investment process:

  • How can AI successfully be employed in the investment process? What activity will AI primarily take over?
  • What is the potential of AI for investment decision making?
  • Are there mutual funds that are successful with AI over a longer period of time? If so, how do they achieve the additional returns?
  • What is the predictive power of AI with regard to the economy?

AI's investment opportunities:

  • Opportunities and threats: which sectors benefit and which do not?
  • How best to play the theme? Active, passive, IT, magnificent 7?
