Radu Gheorghiu appointed Senior Corporate Analyst at RBC BlueBay
Radu Gheorghiu has been appointed Senior Corporate Analyst in RBC BlueBay's emerging market debt team, where he will lead coverage of financial institutions. Gheorghiu will report to Anthony Kettle, BlueBay Senior Portfolio Manager, Emerging Markets, and joins a team of 27 individuals, one of the largest emerging markets team in the industry.
Gheorghiu brings over a decade of financial services experience, most recently as Global Emerging Market Financials Analyst at Global Evolution Asset Management A/S, where he was leading the financial institutions coverage, across banks, insurance companies and non-bank financial institutions. Prior to this, he held positions at Standard Chartered Bank and started his career at Fitch Ratings covering financial institutions, across Turkey and other emerging European markets.

Gheorghiu’s addition to the team comes at a time of strong growth for the platform, which has witnessed a 29% increase in global AUM driven by several notable global client wins.
