Institutionele beleggers willen miljarden investeren in woningen, winkels, kantoren en logistiek, maar daarvoor is een stabiel overheidsbeleid noodzakelijk. De verlaging van de overdrachtsbelasting van 10,4% naar 8% voor woningen kan de investeringsbereidheid stimuleren. Tegelijkertijd blijven andere fiscale maatregelen, zoals een verdere verlaging van de overdrachtsbelasting naar 6% voor alle sectoren, een verruiming van de renteaftrekbeperking en een goed fiscaal (REIT) regime, broodnodig.
