He is also a Freelance Editor at Beleggers Belangen, Deputy Editor-in-Chief at Financial Investigator and part-time Lecturer at the Actuarial Institute. Geels received his Master's degree in Financial Economics from the VU University Amsterdam.

    Mario Garcia Ribeiro is an Investment Director at the Private Equity team of Schroders Capital, the private assets investment division of Schroders. joined Schroders Capital in 2018 and covers the firm’s PE investments in France, Benelux and Southern Europe across direct /co-investments, secondaries and primaries. Prior to Schroders Capital, he combined direct PE experience in the Spanish mid-market with Investment Banking experience at Santander Bank where he advised private equity firms and corporates on M&A transactions. Garcia Ribeiro started his career focused on the venture side based in San Francisco (USA).

    Nick Haaijman is Global Head of Private Asset Solutions at Fidelity International. In this role he works closely with the heads of Private Assets Investment Teams and Distribution to develop investment solutions. He joined the firm in 2021. Previously, he was Head of Client Servicing, Investor Relations at CVC, Global Head of Product Management at Alcentra and VP, Structured Credit Specialist at JP Morgan.

    Nicole Downer is Managing Partner and Head of Investor Solutions MV Credit (an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers) where she is managing a number of strategic relationships of the firm. She is also a member of the Management Committee. Downer joined the firm in 2005. Prior to MV Credit, she was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank where she ran the Structured Securitisation Team. Before that, she has held various positions in credit and structuring at Bankers Trust and Deutsche Bank. Downer holds a Bachelor of Science degree (first class) in Banking & International Finance from City University in London.

    Roelof Salomons is an investment professional with a background in managing portfolios, leading investment teams and running strategy. Starting in 1997 he has worked for Philips Pensionfund, Aegon and Van Lanschot Kempen. From 2019 onwards he is an Independent Consultant working with a broad range of institutional investors. Since 2015 Roelof is Professor in Investment Theory and Asset Management at the University of Groningen. Salomons serves on several investment committees and writes columns for financial newspapers.

    Tonko Gast startte in 1998 als Obligatie-Analist bij SNS Asset Management en beheerde na een overstap in 2000 naar ABN AMRO Asset Management alternatieve vastrentende portefeuilles. In 2003 richtte hij Dynamic Credit op in New York en adviseerde hij DNB en het Ministerie van Financiën over de oplossing voor de Amerikaanse hypotheekproblemen waarmee ING Bank werd geconfronteerd tijdens de crisis van 2008-2009. Hij studeerde Monetaire Economie aan de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen en Credit Risk Modeling aan de Stanford Business School.
  8. Wouter Weijand

    Wouter Weijand is sinds juni 2016 verbonden aan Providence Capital als Chief Investment Officer en leidt het Investment Committee. Hij studeerde Algemene Economie aan de Erasmus Universiteit in Rotterdam. Weijand leerde het beleggingsvak bij Pierson van ’83-’89. Daarna volgde 26 jaar bij ABN AMRO Asset Management en rechtsopvolgers FIM en BNP IP. Hij leidde daar achtereenvolgens het Euro Fixed Income team, het wereldwijde Property team en ten slotte het wereldwijde Hoog Dividend Aandelen team.
