ETFGI: Assets invested in ETFs & ETPs listed in Europe reached new milestone at the end of 2020

ETFGI, a leading independent research and consultancy firm covering trends in the global ETFs and ETPs ecosystem, reported today that assets invested in ETFs and ETPs listed in Europe reached a new milestone of US$1.28 trillion at the end of 2020. 

Assets invested in the European ETFs/ETPs industry increased by 24.5% in 2020. During December ETFs and ETPs listed in Europe reported net inflows of US$27.17 billion, bringing year-to-date net inflows to US$119.93 billion which is less than the US$125.18 billion in net inflows gathered in 2019, according to ETFGI's December 2020 European ETFs and ETPs industry landscape insights report, the monthly report which is part of an annual paid-for research subscription service.
