BNY Mellon reappointed by Eureko B.V. in the Netherlands to service EUR38bn mandate

LONDON, October 3, 2011 – BNY Mellon, the global leader in investment management and investment services, has extended its existing relationship with Eureko B.V. to provide global custody and value added services  for group assets valued at EUR38 billion.

With operations in 12 countries across Europe and more than 20,000 employees, the Eureko group is a privately-owned financial services group registered in the Netherlands that offers a full range of insurance and related services: life and non-life cover, pension products, health insurance, banking and asset management.

In addition to global custody, BNY Mellon will provide fund and investment accounting, fund administration, regulatory reporting, performance measurement, compliance monitoring, transfer agency and cash management solutions.

BNY Mellon’s established presence in the Dutch market, its local servicing model, its detailed knowledge of the Dutch financial system and its broad product set were key factors in Eureko’s decision to extend the relationship. Eureko originally appointed BNY Mellon in 2008.
