AEGON Global Pensions announces that it has appointed Mark Green as Product Development Manager for International Defined Contribution (DC) plans as of 1 June 2010.

Mark Green, based in The Hague, the Netherlands, will work with benefit consultants and advisors in order to develop and implement solutions for the internationally mobile employees of multinational companies, building on the success of the AEGON Global Pensions International Retirement Plan. Mark will also work with AEGON businesses around the world to design market-leading international Defined Contribution solutions in order to help companies improve the management and delivery of their pensions around the world.

Mark was previously a partner at Watson Wyatt. He has worked with a portfolio of FTSE 350 and Fortune 500 clients and has extensive experience in Employee Benefits and DC. Most recently, Mark worked with PADA, the UK government body that is rolling out the new National Employment Savings Trust (NEST). Mark is also attached to the University of Bath where he is carrying out research on employee commitment.
