Lisa O’Connor has been appointed as European Head of Consultant Relations effective 6th June 2011 and will be based in London, reporting to Tim Gardener, Global Head of Consultant Relations. Lisa’s appointment is a reflection of the commitment that AXA IM has placed on the further development and growth of its institutional business globally. Her arrival completes the line-up of AXA IM’s Global Consultant Relations team under the leadership of Tim Gardener, who joined as Global Head of Consultant Relations in October 2010. The team combines a deep understanding of the consultant community with diverse insights into the challenges institutional investors face across asset classes in each geography. Lisa’s role at AXA IM will focus on developing and enhancing AXA IM’s consultant relationships throughout the UK and Europe. Lisa joins from Russell Investments where she was Associate Director, UK Institutional Sales since 2007. She has over 12 years experience within the asset management industry including extensive experience in consultant relations and institutional sales. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland in Psychology and Post Graduate qualifications in Business Communications. |
