Nieuws / Actueel / Private Equity Educational Event in Amsterdam

CAIA, CFA and VBA are co-organising  an educational event dedicated to Private Equity. We have gathered a strong line of speakers and panelists to express their views on the Private Equity after the crisis.

We would be thrilled if you would attend (by registering here) as well as mention the event in the Financial Investigator. I am of course available for further questions.

Looking at the Post Crisis: A New Equilibrium for Private Equity
Co-organised by CAIA, CFA and VBA

In 2008, the financial crisis totally changed the landscape for the majority of private equity funds. The industry was facing such a challenge that it had to reconsider and revisit the following issues: companies’ performance, availability of debt, liquidity for investors and regulation… in search for a new equilibrium.

Speakers will share their views on the following topics:

·       Compensation Structures & Terms - Jos van Gisbergen (Mn Services)

·       Value Creation in a Volatile Environment- Ilona Brom (Wilshire Associates)

·       Regulation and new EU Directive – Joe Steer (BVCA)

·       Sustainability and Private Equity - Kris Douma (Mn Services)

Robert Klap (Platinum Equity) will subsequently moderate the debate and discussion with the panellists: Maarten Vervoort (Alpinvest), Alexander Ribbink (Prime Ventures), Glenn Youngking (Carlyle), Lorenzo Rossi (BFinance)

Networking drinks will follow.View Event Summary
