HERMES EQUITY OWNERSHIP SERVICES APPOINTS SENIOR ADVISER TO FURTHER DRIVE BUSINESS IN THE NETHERLANDS

Hermes Equity Ownership Services (EOS), the pioneering advisory service with over €80 billion* assets under stewardship, today announced the appointment of Henk Marius as Senior Adviser to further develop its growing Dutch client base and extend its responsible ownership services to pension funds and other institutional investors in the Netherlands.

Prior to joining Hermes EOS, Henk was Head of Legal at Shell Asset Management Company and Shell Pensioenfonds in The Netherlands, and looking after their responsible ownership activities.  In his career spanning over 30 years, he was also a solicitor in Rotterdam and corporate lawyer for Shell International in The Hague and Jakarta.
